Whether it's a Mums ā€˜nā€™ Bubs class or a Mum's only postnatal class, your yoga practice is all about nurturing you, so that you can take care of your baby. During these classes we work to slowly restore your strength and optimise recovery after your baby's birth. Yoga postures, breathing practices and core strengthening exercises support you through this recovery. They help to calm the nervous system, balance hormones and promote good sleep. Your yoga practice also gives you a variety of tools for coping with the physical, mental and emotional strains of motherhood.
